Processing Time
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days. Processing times may vary for made-to-order, customized, or personalized jewelry.

U.S. Shipping
We ship throughout the United States. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Free Shipping
Free U.S. shipping is available on qualifying orders of $75 or more.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please allow some time for the carrier to update the tracking status after the package has been accepted.

Delivery Times
Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after the order has been processed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

International Shipping
International shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.
